Pursuant to Article VI, § 11 of the Arizona Constitution, the Arizona Supreme Court appoints the presiding judge of the Superior Court in each county. The Court is advised that the term of the Honorable Andrew W. Gould as Presiding Judge of the Superior Court in Yuma County expires on January 31, 2009. After due consideration,

IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Andrew W. Gould is reappointed as Presiding Judge of the Superior Court in Yuma County, effective February 1, 2009. Judge Gould shall serve at the pleasure of the Supreme Court until December 31, 2013
