ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT


Applicant BRUCE T. COOPER has established to the satisfaction of the Disciplinary Commission and this Court that he is qualified for reinstatement to active bar membership. Therefore, pursuant to Rule 65 of the Rules of the Supreme Court,

IT IS ORDERED that BRUCE T. COOPER be and hereby is reinstated to the active practice of law in Arizona effective the date of this Order.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, for good cause shown and pursuant to agreement by the parties, the affidavit filed by BRUCE T. COOPER requesting reinstatement to inactive status is accepted by the Court, and BRUCE T. COOPER is hereby transferred to inactive status.
