MEMORANDUM OPINION

On December 2, 2008, this Court granted the November 21, 2008 motion of appellant's attorney to withdraw as counsel. In the motion to withdraw, counsel stated that appellant intended to file a motion to dismiss the appeal. Therefore, we ordered appellant, within fifteen days, to notify the Court regarding whether he intended to pursue the appeal. If he did not intend to pursue the appeal, we directed appellant to file a motion to dismiss; if he did intend to pursue the appeal, we directed appellant to provide us with information regarding new counsel. To date, appellant has not communicated with this Court in any manner regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we conclude appellant does not intend to pursue the appeal. We dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3.
