MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant filed a notice of appeal with the trial court on June 2, 2003. By letters dated June 27, 2003, the Court directed appellant to pay the $ 125 filing fee and file the docketing statement for the appeal within ten days of the date of the letters. The letters warned appellant that failure to pay the fee or file the docketing statement would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or filed the docketing statement. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
