MEMORANDUM OPINION

A review of this appeal shows Michelle Pace filed her notice of appeal May 5, 2005. Ms. Pace did not file an affidavit of indigency. In letters dated May 12, 2005, the Court notified Ms. Pace that she had not filed a docketing statement or paid the $125 filing fee in this appeal. The letters cautioned Ms. Pace that the appeal would be dismissed without further notice if she did not file a docketing statement or pay her $125 filing fee by May 22, 2005. In a second letter dated July 15, 2005, the Court again notified Ms. Pace that the filing fee and docketing statement were overdue. The letter instructed her to file the docketing statement and pay the filing fee by July 25, 2005 and warned her that the appeal would be dismissed for want of prosecution if she failed to do so. To date, Ms. Pace has not responded.

We DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. See Appendix to the Tex.R.App.P. B(1)(a); Tex.R.App.P. 5, and 42.3.
