The Court has before it the July 13, 2010 motion of appellant the State of Texas to dismiss the appeal. The State asserts that after reviewing the record, it no longer desires to pursue the appeal. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1).
