Petitioner-appellant having moved for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about July 17, 2017, and for assignment of counsel, a free copy of the transcript, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, upon proof of service of this motion and the notice of appeal upon the attorney for the child, and an affidavit which addresses whether the parties were assigned counsel in this proceeding.
