REQUEST FOR DISMISSAL OF ACTION WITH PREJUDICE, ORDER


IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(ii) and 41(c), by and between the parties to this action, acting through their counsel of record, that the above-captioned entire action of all parties and all causes of action, including defendant's counterclaims, be and are hereby dismissed, with prejudice, each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.

ORDER

The action is hereby dismissed with prejudice as to all parties and all causes of action and the parties' stipulation thereto is granted.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
