Before the Court are appellants' November 30, 2023 motions for an extension of time to file their respective opening briefs. We issued a letter on December 1, 2023 questioning our jurisdiction over this appeal and directing the parties to file letter briefs. In our letter, we suspended the deadline for appellants' respective briefs on the merits. Should we determine we have jurisdiction over the appeal following our review of the requested letter briefs, we will set a new deadline for appellants' briefs on the merits. Accordingly, we DENY appellants' motions as premature.
