JUDGMENT
Based upon the Order, dated July 14th 2003, and the Court being fully advised in the premises;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that both the Lighting Ridge timber sale and the Long Prong timber sale are permanently enjoined until such time as the Defendants comply with the National Forest Management Act and NEPA.
