ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris, Judge

By Order dated October 13, 2022, docket entry 9, the Court directed respondent on or before October 20, 2022, to amend their Answer to include a full and complete copy of the Notice of Deficiency on which this case is based.

On October 20, 2022, docket entry 10, respondent filed a Status Report which indicates that respondent is searching IRS records for a copy of the Notice of Deficiency and that additional time is needed to amend their answer to submit a Notice of Deficiency to the Court.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the time in which respondent shall amend their Answer to include a full and complete copy of the Notice of Deficiency on which this case is based is extended until November 14, 2022.
