ORDER OF REASSIGNMENT


It appears that this case is subject to dismissal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e) and 1915A. Plaintiff has not consented to the jurisdiction of a United States Magistrate Judge in this matter. Therefore, the Court shall reassign this matter to a District Judge. After consulting with the Clerk of Court, the Court shall reassign this matter to the Honorable B. Lynn Winmill, United States District Judge.

I. ORDER

NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is reassigned to the Honorable B. Lynn Winmill. The case number is changed to CV03-02-S-BLW.

IT IS FURTHER HEREBY ORDERED that nothing further shall be filed in this matter until Judge Winmill issues an Initial Review Order.
