An order of this Court having been entered on November 17, 2022 (Motion No. 2022-03955) granting respondent-appellant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about September 20, 2022, and assigning Randall Carmel, Esq., as counsel to prosecute respondent's appeal; and assigned counsel having moved to withdraw the appeal and be relieved as such counsel, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the appeal withdrawn and relieving Randall Carmel, Esq. as assigned appellate counsel to respondent-appellant.
