Appeals having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 29, 2021, which denied defendants/counterclaim plaintiffs' motions to seal certain documents submitted in connection with a certain motion to hold plaintiff/counterclaim-defendant in contempt, And defendants/counterclaim-plaintiffs-appellants having moved for an order granting it leave to supplement or enlarge the record on appeal to include certain materials described in the moving papers, namely the full docket for the specified contempt motion, which were filed via the New York State Court Electronic Filing System with the Supreme Court, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion to enlarge the record on appeal is granted to include the specified material filed in connection with the specified contempt motion (Mot Seq 34), and, sua sponte, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to the December 2021 Term.
