Appellant, Hyundai Steel Co., Ltd., has filed a notice of appeal of the trial court's order denying Hyundai's special appearance. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE § 51.014(a)(7) (West Supp. 2016). Hyundai also has filed an "Opposed Motion for Stay," requesting "a stay of all proceedings in the trial court while this interlocutory appeal is pending." The motion is granted in part. See TEX. R. APP. P. 29.3. The proceedings as to Hyundai Steel Co., Ltd. in cause number 2014-50223 in the 333rd District Court of Harris County are stayed pending resolution of this appeal or further order of this Court. The motion to stay "all proceedings" is denied.
