The petition for a writ of certiorari to the Florida Industrial Commission is granted. The order of the commission is quashed and the cause is remanded with directions to reinstate the compensation order of the deputy commissioner. See Spivey v. Battaglia Fruit Company, Inc., Supreme Court Case # 31,310, 138 So.2d 308, opinion filed February 21, 1962.

It is so ordered.
