ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris, Judge.

Before the Court are petitioner's Objections to Respondent's Computation for Entry of Decision and Petitioner's Motion for Computation for Entry of Decision, pursuant to Rule 155(b), filed September 17, 2023, at docket entries 35 and 36.

Petitioner's objections and the proposed computations are merely a renewal of petitioner's arguments in both her post trial briefs and her motion to reconsider which the Court has previously denied. Petitioner's arguments are not permitted under Rule 155(c).

Upon review the Court will deny petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision and will enter a decision consistent the Court's Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion, T.C. Memo. 2023-76, issued June 21, 2023.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Computation for Entry of Decision, pursuant to Rule 155(b), filed September 17, 2023, at docket entry 36, is denied.
