Appellants filed a single notice of appeal addressing both (1) the trial court's September 1, 2021 interlocutory order granting a motion to dismiss pursuant to Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 91a filed by appellees The Berkshire Companies L.P. d/b/a The Krupp Companies, L.P., Dana Hampton, Tigor Hardono, and Chelsea Anton, and (2) the September 7, 2021 interlocutory order granting a motion to dismiss pursuant to the Texas Citizen's Participation Act filed by appellees Hoover Slovacek LLP, Howard Bookstaff, Colby Binford, and Daniel
Edmunds. The appeal was docketed under appellate cause number 05-21-00884-CV and styled Anita Hutchings, et al. v. The Berkshire Companies LP, et al. For administrative purposes, we have separated the orders into separate appeals. The appeal of the September 7, 2021 order is now docketed as appellate cause number 05-21-00931-CV and styled Anita Hutchings, et al. v. Hoover Slovacek LLP, et al. The appeal of the September 1, 2021 order remains docketed as appellate cause number 05-21-00884-CV.
On the Court's own motion, we DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to transfer a copy of the clerk's and reporter's records filed in appellate cause number 05-21-00884-CV into this appeal.
