Upon due consideration of the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Notice of Deficiency for Tax Years 2018 and 2019 and to Strike, filed October 11, 2023, by respondent in the above-docketed case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 3, 2023, petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's just-referenced Motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's Motion and dismissal of so much of this case as relates to notices of deficiency for tax years 2018 and 2019 or other appropriate action by this Court.
