Decided May 5, 1933.

Motion for an appeal from Ballard Circuit Court.

Against a fund in court arising out of the proceeds of an insurance policy on a house which was destroyed, plaintiff was by judgment of court allowed $269.32, together with some interest and costs, less than that claimed by him under a mortgage lien he had against the premises.
