Present — Peck, P.J., Callahan, Breitel, Bastow and Botein, JJ.


Judgment appealed from reversed and a new trial ordered on the ground of excessiveness unless the plaintiffs stipulate to reduce the verdict to $2,500 for the infant, and $258 for the mother, in which event the judgment is affirmed. Settle order.
