This case was called from the calendar at the trial session of the Court at Denver, Colorado, on January 8, 2024, for hearing on the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed December 15, 2023. The parties appeared and informed the Court that they are working toward settlement of the case, and Ms. Hunter requested 60 days to provide a proposed stipulated decision. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed December 15, 2023, is denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that the Petitioner's oral motion for continuance is granted and this case is continued. Jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, by March 8, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or joint status report. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report.
