ORDER DENYING PETITIONER'S MOTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF COUNSEL

Came this day for consideration the above-entitled motion filed by petitioner HENNESSEY HUNT on July 7, 2005. It is unclear from petitioner's motion whether he is requesting the appointment of counsel by this Court or by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. To the extent petitioner is requesting this Court to appoint him counsel, petitioner's motion is DENIED.

On June 6, 2005, this Court denied petitioner's motion to appoint counsel and such denial is now pending on appeal with the Fifth Circuit. Petitioner is admonished that further attempts to repeatedly request counsel could result in the imposition of sanctions.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
