This case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session. On September 15, 2021, respondent filed an unopposed motion for continuance of trial and asks that the Court restore this case to the general docket. The motion states that this case is related to one other case at Docket No. 15134-20. The parties have conferred and agree that additional time is necessary to allow petitioners and the Appeals Office more time to work through the case docketed at Docket Number 15134-20, as it will impact the settlement discussions in this instant case.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken from the October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session and is continued generally.
