On March 7, 2024, Appellees Highland Village Limited Partnership, Highland Village GP LLC, and Highland Village Holding LLC ("Appellees") filed an Amended Motion to Withdraw and for Substitution of Counsel requesting that Don Jackson, Tyler Henkel, and Simone Dawson of the law firm Ware, Jackson, Lee, O'Neill, Smith & Barrow, L.P. be designated as counsel for Appellees in lieu of prior counsel, Andrew P. McCormick and Laurie A. Landry Munoz, who move to withdraw as counsel for Appellees.
The Motion is granted. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5(b), (d).
The Clerk of this Court is directed to note on the docket of this Court the withdrawal of Andrew P. McCormick and Laurie A. Landry Munoz as counsel for Appellees, and the substitution of Don Jackson, Tyler Henkel, and Simone Dawson of the law firm Ware, Jackson, Lee, O'Neill, Smith & Barrow, L.P. in their place, with Don Jackson to act as lead counsel for Appellees.
