ORDER
We REINSTATE this appeal which we abated December 7, 2015 to allow the parties an opportunity to settle. As the parties have not communicated with us since the abatement, we RESET the briefing deadlines, GRANT Nationwide's December 4, 2015 third motion for extension of time to file brief, and ORDER appellees to file their brief no later than February 10, 2016.
