JUDGMENT
In accordance with this Court's ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT'S MOTION for SUMMARY JUDGMENT and DENYING PLAINTIFF'S CROSS-MOTION FOR SUMMARY ADJUDICATION OF ISSUES, it is HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that:
Judgement shall be entered in favor of DEFENDANT and against PLAINTIFF.
