Appeal, No. 37, May T., 1969, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, No. 2707 Equity Docket, 1965, in case of Humble Oil Refining Company v. Richard Lee Koppenheffer et ux. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before SHELLEY, J.

Decree entered granting specific performance. Defendants appealed.

Decree affirmed, each party to pay own costs.
