Upon consideration of the appellant's motion for rehearing, see this Court's June 20, 2012, order, the opinion issued on May 30, 2012, is hereby withdrawn. The appellant's motion to dismiss the appeal as premature, mailed May 30, 2012, is hereby granted. This appeal is hereby dismissed and the cause is remanded to the trial court to consider the appellant's “Motion Amending Grounds ‘C’ and ‘F’ of Defendant's Motion Seeking Postconviction Relief,” timely placed into the hands of prison officials for mailing on March 28, 2012.
