ORDER ACCEPTING REPORT AND ADOPTING FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636, the Court has reviewed the motion for summary judgment, the records on file, and the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge. The Court has engaged in a de novo review of those portions of the Report to which Defendants have objected. The Court accepts the findings and recommendations of the Magistrate Judge and adopts them as its own. // // // //

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted and the case is dismissed with prejudice. DATED: September 2, 2020
