Based upon the motion and stipulation of the parties, and good cause appearing therefor, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED as follows:

1. The Motion and Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice is granted.

2. Plaintiff's Complaint is dismissed with prejudice.

3. The parties shall bear their own costs and attorney fees.
