This case was stricken from the Court's October 10, 2023, Birmingham, Alabama trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On December 12, 2023, the parties filed a joint Status Report. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before June 14, 2024, the parties shall file further reports regarding the then-present status of this case. If the parties believe this case is for trial they should advise the Court of the anticipated length of trial and propose mutually agreeable ranges of dates for trial.
