The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 142 Conn.App. 657, 64 A.3d 1268, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the sentence imposed by the trial court was not illegal pursuant to General Statutes § 53a–64bb?”
