ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
Appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 30, 2018, and two orders of the same court both dated September 12, 2017, by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 14, 2019, the appellant was directed to correct the covers of the appellant's appendix and briefs to add Appellate Division Docket No., and serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix containing the order dated September 12, 2017, under Appellate Division Docket No. and the notice of appeal from that order, on or before April 5, 2019. The appellant has not corrected the covers or served and filed a supplemental appellant's appendix.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled action for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 14, 2019, by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or affidavit, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website on or before July 23, 2021; and it is further, ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties by regular mail.
