An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about January 30, 2019, and said appeal having been perfected, And non-party appellant having moved for a stay of the instant action, including the submission of plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and the execution of a judgment or order in this matter, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, And an interim stay of pending motion practice in Supreme Court having been granted by order of a Justice of this Court on November 7, 2019, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted.
