ORDER
¶1 Department I of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Johnson, Owens, Gordon McCloud, and Montoya-Lewis, considered at its June 4, 2021, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.
¶2 IT IS ORDERED:
¶3 That the Petitioners' motion for extension of time to file a petition for review is denied and therefore the petition for review is dismissed as untimely. The Clerk's motion to strike Petitioners' improper reply is granted.
