And petitioners-appellants having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal and, upon reinstatement, for an extension of time in which to perfect said appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted, the dismissal vacated, the appeal reinstated, and the time in which to perfect said appeal is extended to the March 2022 Term of this Court, with no further extensions to be granted.
