This case was calendared for trial at the the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session. On December 8, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Submit Case Pursuant to Rule 122.

Both counsel for petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared before the Court and were heard. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties Joint Motion to Submit Case Pursuant to Rule 122 is hereby granted and this case is submitted to the undersigned for disposition. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before January 27, 2022, file with the court simultaneous opening briefs, and then on or before February 28, 2022, if the parties so choose, shall file simultaneous answering briefs.
