This appeal is by plaintiff, James Houston Howie, from an adverse final judgment entered in a personal injury action pursuant to a jury verdict.

We have carefully considered all points raised in plaintiff's appeal in the light of the record on appeal, briefs and arguments of plaintiff and counsel for the defendant and have concluded that no reversible error has been made to appear. Therefore, the judgment appealed is affirmed.

Affirmed.
