ORDER

¶1 A Special Department of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Johnson, Stephens, Gordon-McCloud, and Yu considered at its August 9, 2022, Motion Calendar, whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b), and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶3 That the Petitioners’ motion for extension of time to file a petition for review is denied. The Petitioner's motion to amend is moot. The Clerk's motion to strike the Petitioners’ reply to the answer to the petition for review is granted. The Petitioners’ "Rule 60(c) Motion to Set Aside Default and Default Judgement" is denied.
