Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff as a result of an allegedly defective product manufactured by the defendant, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Katz, J., granted the defendant's motion for summary judgment and rendered judgment thereon, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
