The petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby dismissed. To the extent the petitioner seeks relief regarding the judgments of guilt in Case No. 48-1987-CF-4591, the Court having determined that relief is not authorized, the case is dismissed. See Baker v. State, 878 So. 2d 1236 (Fla. 2004). To the extent the petitioner seeks other relief, the case is dismissed without prejudice to the petitioner seeking relief in an appropriate court below. Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied.
