MEMORANDUM OPINION


On April 1, 2008, appellant filed a notice of appeal in this case. On April 3, 2008, we notified appellant by letter that the $175 filing fee was due and that if appellant failed to pay the fee within ten days, the appeal would be dismissed without further notice. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal.

Accordingly, we DISMISS the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 42.3(c)
