JUDGMENT

Honorable Angelica Jimenez, Judge Presiding BEFORE JUSTICE CHAPA, JUSTICE RIOS, AND JUSTICE RODRIGUEZ

In accordance with this court's memorandum opinion of this date, the parts of the divorce decree (1) dividing the marital estate, (2) providing that Desmund Jerrod Thorpe has the right to claim the children as dependents on his income tax returns and requiring Dana Houston to execute the corresponding IRS form, (3) issuing a permanent injunction against Dana Houston and stating that Dana Houston waived service of the writ of injunction, and (4) regarding the decree acknowledgment and indemnification are REVERSED, and the case is REMANDED to the trial court for further proceedings. The remainder of the divorce decree is AFFIRMED.

It is ORDERED that the parties shall bear their own costs on appeal.
