ORDER


This case is before the Court upon Petitioner's Motion to Place Habeas Corpus Petition In Abeyance (Doc. # 4) and Respondent's Response. (Doc. # 9).

Petitioner seeks a stay to enable him to exhaust his claims in the Ohio courts. Respondent notes that Petitioner has two actions pending in the Ohio courts and does not object to the motion. Petitioner has shown good cause to stay this case pending full exhaustion of his claims in the Ohio courts.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

1. Petitioner's Motion to Place Habeas Corpus Petition In Abeyance (Doc. #4) is GRANTED;
2. This case remains STAYED pending Petitioner's full exhaustion of his claims in the Ohio courts;
3. Petitioner must file a Motion To Remove Stay within thirty days of fully exhausting his claims in the Ohio courts;
4. On or before December 31, 2010, Petitioner shall file a Status Report (a) briefly describing what proceedings have occurred in his case in the Ohio courts, and (b) stating whether he seeks to maintain the present stay in this, his federal habeas corpus case.
