STIPULATION AND ORDER WITHDRAWING CLAIMS AGAINST INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS


IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(1), by and between all parties to this case and it is so ordered by the Court, that all the claims asserted by plaintiff Housing Works, Inc. against defendants Rudolph Giuliani, Randy Mastro, Elizabeth Kaswan, Lou-Ellen Barkan, Lilliam Barrios-Paoli, Gregory Caldwell, John A. Dereszewski, Richard Bonamarte, Jack McKay, Neal L. Cohen, Mitchell Netburn, and James Capoziello, are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
