Application by the plaintiff to vacate an arbitration award, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the court, Aspell, J.; judgment vacating the award, from which the defendant Elizabeth Armstrong appealed to the Appellate Court, Testo, Dupont and Borden, Js., which rendered judgment dismissing the appeal; thereafter, the court, Aspell, J., denied the named defendant's motion to open and modify the judgment and the defendants appealed to this court. No error.
