ON APPEAL FROM COURT OF APPEALS
NO. 2019-CA-001817-I
FRANKLIN CIRCUIT COURT NO. 19-CI-001245

OPINION AND ORDER

DENYING INTERLOCUTORY RELIEF PURSUANT TO CR 65.09(3)

This matter is before the Court on a motion for emergency interlocutory relief, pursuant to CR 65.09(3). Review of a CR 65.09 (3) motion is narrow in focus and will be entertained only for extraordinary cause shown in the motion.

For the purposes of the motion, the movants have not shown any extraordinary cause which entitles them to relief from this Court. The trial judge has denied the request for injunction and the Court of Appeals has refused to grant interlocutory relief, pursuant to CR 65.07(6). Review by this Court, pursuant to CR 65.09(3) is declined.

All sitting. All concur.

ENTERED: December 11, 2019.
