Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on March 17, 2014, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jennifer Caggiano, Esq., dated March 6, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Lauren M. Miller, Esq., dated March 9, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 27, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 30, 2015, and inserting in its place the date June 19, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed as unnecessary.
