WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. Relator seeks review of an interlocutory ruling rendered October 20, 2014. Notice of the ruling was mailed to relator's counsel on October 22, 2014. Relator filed her "Motion and Order to Fix Time for Filing Writ Application" on December 12, 2014, more than thirty days after the notice was mailed. Moreover, relator's motion for extension of time was filed on June 11, 2015, after the expiration of the original return date. Accordingly, relator failed to comply with Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule 4-3, by failing to file a timely request for a return date and a timely request for an extension of the return date.
